Fall 2022

Greetings Fellow Club Members:

Another season in the books. It has been a productive year at the club. We put in a new road to the rifle/pistol ranges, purchased four score buildings for the trap fields, traded in an older trap machine for a refurbished 1 and got three storage containers to replace our target trailer. We got our pipeline installed for municipal water. Also, we replaced our old TV with a flat screen.

The trap team won the northern division and at the shoot off held at Toad Harbor. They lost to Pompey for the league title. Several team members won awards for the regular season and the shoot off. Next season the league will be merged, North Sportsman has dropped out. We will travel to the other teams once and they will come to us once. The shoot off will be at Bridgeport in 2023.

The dues for next year will be as follows regular members $45, for seniors (62 and up) $25. Remember that membership is a calendar year from January 1st through December 31st. Current officers are president Bill Kent, vice president Lonnie Castor, treasurer Tonya Obey- Harris, secretary Amanda Trumble, safety range officer Charlie Todd, executive director Mike Heaphy. Board of directors are Mike Obey, Joe Simko, Ted Firnstein, John McDaniel, Tim Harris and Paul Cripp.

Remember any and all help at the club functions is greatly appreciated. If you see something that needs fixing or picked up etc. just please do it. The club will reimburse you for materials bought.
